• Open Enrollment: November 1, 2024 – January 15, 2025
• Special Enrollment Period: You may qualify for coverage outside of open enrollment if you meet specific conditions.

To Qualify for Low-Cost or No-Cost Health Coverage, You Must:

• Live in New Mexico: You must be a resident of New Mexico.
• Not Have Job-Based Health Insurance: You cannot have health insurance through your job or a parent’s job.
• Not Be Eligible for Medicare or Medicaid: You must not qualify for Medicare or Medicaid.
• Not Be Incarcerated: You must not be currently incarcerated.
