- Live in New Mexico: You must be a resident of New Mexico.
- Not Have Job-Based Health Insurance: You cannot have health insurance through your job or a parent’s job.
- Not Be Eligible for Medicare or Medicaid: You must not qualify for Medicare or Medicaid.
- Not Be Incarcerated: You must not be currently incarcerated.
